Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

The location was excellent for accessing the beach and marina it was very convenient.

The food quality at the Asian restaurant was disappointing. The atmosphere felt off since it was held in the same room as the breakfast buffet the sushi was acceptable but the main dishes were not good at all.

poor check-in burnt steak

the check-in process needs improvement as no hotel information was provided I found the a la carte restaurants disappointing the chicken noodle soup was awful and the steak was burnt the buffet restaurant had birds flying in and out finding a set table proved difficult I was not asked about my stay during checkout a detail i value.

clean room modern decor daily restock rainfall shower

We booked a double room. The room was very clean, and I liked the modern decor. The minibar was restocked daily with water and juice. I also appreciated the rainfall shower, it was very nice after a long day.

The hotel app was somewhat difficult to use at first. It took a while to find the information I needed.

Our room had two separate sinks which was very handy. I also enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area. The room also included a safe for valuables and blackout curtains for sleeping soundly, all good.

The hotel is steps from the beach, a great thing. A supermarket is only a five minute walk. There are a lots of shops and restaurants nearby, they are all very practical to have.

The buffet offered a good selection of food. I found several vegetarian options, and there was a kids' corner. The restaurant had theme nights, it kept the dining experience varied and exciting.

The location was fantastic. The beaches were only a few meters away (i loved that). the promenade is great. It allows biking and walking with nice views. i found the quality of food and drink to be excellent.

the non-heated pools were a bit chilly, to be honest. i noticed the portion sizes in the a la carte restaurants were huge (almost too much). i missed having kids menus in the a la carte restaurants.

Our double room sea view was excellent (i could see the ocean!). the room was clean. i also liked the mini disco. My kids loved it.

the food was not varied enough across the restaurants. most staff did not speak english, which presented a language barrier. the sales staff for the unlimited vacation club were persistent and bothered me a lot.
